Hi, I'm Lyndie!

​

I’m a teacher, health and wellness coach, and a dedicated practitioner of meditation and mindfulness.

​

Through my online courses, I empower women to navigate life’s challenges and stress, providing them with tools to cultivate more joy, peace, clarity, and calm in their everyday lives.

 

A bit about my journey…

For over 30 years, I taught students, helping them unlock their full potential and achieve success. However, in 2010, my life took an unexpected turn. After the loss of my father, just days after his funeral, I was struck by a drunk driver while running errands in a nearby town.

My van was totaled in the crash, and in an instant, my life was turned upside down. It was a devastating experience - one that left me unable to continue the work I loved, living with constant, unrelenting pain.

I battled PTSD, depression, anxiety, and chronic pain, and everything I had worked so hard to achieve seemed to vanish. I had lost not just my health, but my sense of purpose and my dreams.

It became clear that if I wanted to heal, I had to put in the effort. I sought out a variety of therapies—physiotherapy, chiropractic care, massage therapy, and psychotherapy—to help my mind and body recover. Throughout this journey, I discovered the profound connection between my mind, body, and soul.

I realized I had a choice: I could focus on what I had lost, or I could focus on what I could still do. I chose the latter. Through therapy, yoga, meditation, mindfulness, positive psychology, nature-based therapy, CBT (cognitive behavioral therapy), counseling, and nutrition, I began to understand myself on a deeper level.

​

These practices gave me the clarity to focus on my healing. I learned to quiet my mind, listen to my inner needs, and reconnect with my body and soul. In that stillness, I found strength I never knew I had.

​

Since then, life has continued to challenge me. I spent ten years as a caregiver for my mother while grieving the loss of three close friends and four family members.

During those times of profound stress and sorrow, I relied on the tools and practices I had cultivated. And this time, I noticed something different—despite the immense challenges, I was able to face them with greater ease and a sense of groundedness.

​

The skills I had learned proved invaluable, helping me create a life that felt more balanced and manageable. Today, I continue to integrate these practices into my daily life, and they have transformed my world in ways I could never have imagined.

​

Now, it’s my mission to share these tools and insights with other women, helping them find their own peace, joy, and inner strength.
